Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with IDD preferred.
• Ability to use electronic documentation and EVV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home/community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with care plans and regulations.
• Support transportation to appointments and community activities.
