Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist customers with daily living activities, transportation, and community integration in Heber Springs, Arkansas. You will document daily updates and monitor safety while maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or better, and valid auto insurance and Arkansas driver’s license. This position is subject to HIPAA compliance and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, bathroom tasks, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication and treatments) and household chores.
• Arrange transportation and accompany customers to appointments and errands.
• Support independence and quality of life, helping customers integrate into the community.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and safety, monitor equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate quality decision making, effective communication, and strong problem solving.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
