Qualifications

• Ability to drive a large vehicle and navigate community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living skills support and training across shifts.
• Foster independence by encouraging decision-making.
• Follow regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies in care.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations when applicable.
• Maintain documentation like progress notes and shift checklists.
• Transport and accompany clients to medical and community activities.
