Job summary

Mosaic is hiring an Associate Direct Support Manager to oversee operations of Residential and Day Services Programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, supervise staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in living environments.

The role involves planning meals, supporting daily living activities, and maintaining records while addressing behavioral needs and facility operations. A caring team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid required or obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with operations of residential/day services programs and coordinate activities.
• Support individuals with activities of daily living and scheduling staff.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meals and snacks following diet orders and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in case of aggressive or inappropriate behavior with appropriate strategies.
• Handle house petty cash and purchases for groceries or supplies.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and transportation vehicles.
