Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Manager to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and Day Services programs. You will schedule staff, implement program plans, and coordinate appointments and activities for individuals served.

You’ll lead and train the direct support team, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee facility and vehicle maintenance, manage on-call emergencies, handle petty cash and purchasing, and maintain thorough medical, social, and program documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field (experience may substitute).
• Minimum of three years of related work experience, with one year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred; CPR and First Aid certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Bring valuable insights and supervision to the direct support team.
• Demonstrate and train team members to interact with individuals in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner.
• Oversee maintenance of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis.
• Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, and purchase groceries and supplies.
• Maintain medical, social and programmatic files with detailed and accurate documentation.
