Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help run Residential and Day Services programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, maintain the facility, and assist with meals while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You’ll monitor individuals, train teams, cover staffing gaps, document outcomes, and support personal goals. This role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and effective communication in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure compliant living environments.
• Assist with operations of residential/day services programs and schedule staff.
• Cover staff shortages and administer medications as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals respecting diet orders and sanitation rules.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene for aggressive or inappropriate behavior with appropriate strategies.
• Maintain electronic documentation of activity records and progress.
• Handle petty cash and purchasing for groceries and supplies.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and transportation vehicles.
