Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help oversee residential programs and daily operations. You will coordinate activities, document progress, support individuals with daily living, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will also assist with meal planning, staff scheduling, and behavior support plans, while maintaining detailed records and managing small-scale financial tasks. This role is on-site in Liberal, KS with evening and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and safety of individuals served and ensure living environments meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with managing operations of residential programs, coordinate activities, support daily living activities and schedule staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties including covering shortages, administering medications, and participating in individual program planning teams.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meals and snacks following diet orders and sanitation procedures.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes and maintain detailed progress records.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior with appropriate strategies and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of activities and progress.
• Handle petty cash and purchase groceries or supplies as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles.

Education
