Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to oversee residential programs and daily operations, including coordinating activities and documenting progress for individuals served.

The role requires ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance, managing staff schedules, and supporting meal planning, with a focus on personal outcomes for participants. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, with on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid - can obtain after hire.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of all individuals served and ensure living environments comply with regulations.
• Assist with managing residential programs operations including coordinating activities and staffing.
• Cover staff shortages and administer medications as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals and snacks following dietary orders and sanitation procedures.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior using established programs.
• Maintain electronic records of activity and development.
• Handle house petty cash and procure groceries or supplies.
• Oversee residential facilities and transportation vehicles.
