Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate program operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, coordinate activities and appointments, and maintain detailed records for those served.

Responsibilities

• Intervene during aggressive or inappropriate behavior and implement behavior plans.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and fill shifts as needed.
• Schedule: Day Hours Monday–Friday with some nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities.
