Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to help run Residential and Day Services Programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, keep facilities in order, and assist with meal preparation to support individuals’ daily living needs.

The role requires supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across programs, with shift-based coverage described below.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in medication administration is required or obtainable after hire.
• CPR and first aid certifications are required or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with managing operations of residential or day services programs and schedule staff.
• Cover staff shortages and administer medications as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals while following diet orders and sanitation procedures.
• Document activities and developmental progress in detail.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behavior with appropriate programs.
• Maintain electronic documentation of activity records and progress.
• Handle petty cash and purchases for groceries or supplies.
• Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles.
