Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate program operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, schedule staff, coordinate activities, and maintain detailed records for the individuals served.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on safety and quality of care in a dynamic service environment. A background in direct support and a related degree is preferred, with on-call responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or related field required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals by ensuring living environments and program activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
