Job summary

Mosaic is hiring an Associate Direct Support Manager in Connecticut to oversee operations of Residential and Day Services programs. You will coordinate activities, document progress, support individuals with daily living, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include meal planning, staff scheduling, incident management, and maintaining records. A high school diploma, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least one year of related experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid is required or can be obtained after hire.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure living environments and programs meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with operations of residential or day services programs, coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living, and schedule staff.
• Cover staff shortages, administer medications, participate in individual program planning teams.
• Plan and prepare meals and snacks following diet orders and sanitation procedures.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene with behavioral programs as needed and maintain electronic records.
• Oversee finances, groceries, and supplies; manage house petty cash.
• Maintain residential facilities and transportation vehicles.
