Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager in Ohio to help oversee residential and day services, coordinate activities, document progress, and ensure safety and compliance. You will support individuals with daily living activities, assist with meals, and help maintain facilities and transportation.

The role requires a high school diploma and medication administration certification (CPR/First Aid), with at least one year in a related field.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid (can obtain after hire).
Minimum of one year experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Monitor health and safety of individuals in care and ensure living environments comply with regulations.
Assist with operations of residential or day services, coordinate activities, and support individuals with daily living activities.
Administer medications as certified and participate in individual program planning teams.
Plan and prepare meals and snacks, following diet orders and sanitation procedures.
Maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress, including behavior plans as needed.
Oversee transportation and facility maintenance, and handle petty cash for supplies.
