Job summary

Mosaic is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate program operations and ensure regulatory compliance for individuals with complex needs.

You will hire and train staff, schedule activities, and maintain detailed records. You will accompany individuals to community activities, monitor safety, and intervene with behavior plans when needed. On-call support and occasional after-hours duties apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• One year of related field experience.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hire, training, scheduling staff and coordinating activities and appointments.
• Maintain detailed records for the individuals served.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
