Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor at our New York location to lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives. You will coach, train, and manage performance while driving bi-weekly and monthly sales goals and ensuring policy compliance.

You’ll work closely with management, ride along with reps, and meet with property and leasing managers to expand client relationships and revenue opportunities, leveraging your experience in telecommunications sales and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of progressive experience in a sales supervisory or management role, including coaching and performance management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of DSRs and participate in hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Achieve bi-weekly/monthly sales goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide sales coaching and training; ride-alongs with sales personnel and customer appointments.
• Meet with management to review sales activity, retention, and performance; address training needs.
• Engage with Property and Leasing Managers to grow relationships and revenue.
