Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor in Spokane, WA to coach and develop a team of Direct Sales Representatives to exceed revenue targets and grow the customer base. You will supervise, train, and evaluate performance while ensuring adherence to policies.

The role focuses on acquiring new residential customers and selling new products to existing ones. The position requires leadership, strong communication, and sales experience, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or sales management experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate and coach a team to meet revenue targets and performance expectations; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Contact cold and warm potential customers in person and by phone to educate them on services and obtain appointments.
• Write and submit accurate orders following the sales process.
• Oversee orders from staff and remit in a timely fashion per process.
• Manage customer accounts from sale to installation and follow up after install.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management.
• Meet with local distributors and apartment owners to roll out referral programs.
• Maintain knowledge and skills to succeed in the role; perform other duties as assigned.
