Job summary

Astound is seeking a Retail/RSR operations supervisor to oversee daily store activities, support onboarding, and coach the RSR team across multiple locations in Washington, DC. You will ensure accurate cash handling, assist with payroll, and drive high-quality service and sales performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel between stores. Bilingual skills are a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years in retail or customer service at Astound or similar.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Knowledge of cable/data products and services is helpful.
• Ability to learn quickly and diagnose problems.
• Adaptability and good judgment are required.
• Occasional travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Retail and RSR functions.
• Support onboarding of retail staff and schedule management.
• Train, coach, and develop RSR team with Regional Retail Manager.
• Act as retail store back-up for regional stores and coverage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and posting payments.
• Review/authorize corrections and credits of customer accounts.
• Promote world-class customer experience and sales targets.
• Collaborate on reporting and incentive programs.
• Occasional travel between stores; maintain PCI compliance.
