The role blends independent field work with leadership responsibilities, focusing on developing talent, guiding first policy presentations, and achieving measurable team results within a dynamic benefits marketplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing capabilities.
• Licensed to sell Health & Life products or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Personal sales activities with business owners and decision-makers.
• Train and mentor new agents in the field and role-play scenarios.
• Develop the team through regular check-ins and progress tracking.
• Set personal and team goals and report on key sales activities.
• Maintain client relationships through renewals and service support.
