Qualifications

• Sales experience in field or B2B settings.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams.
• Clear and effective communicator in person and groups.
• Organized, reliable, and follow-through oriented.
• People-first approach with coaching mindset.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits.
• Shadow and train new agents in the field and help close deals.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, foster team culture.
• Set personal and team goals with management and report outcomes.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and queries.
