Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive new business, cross-sell, and customer retention. You will build a steady pipeline through local leads, referrals, and community partnerships, while prospecting outbound opportunities to grow sales.

You’ll work with leadership on local marketing, stay current on products and underwriting, and deliver results that meet performance standards and customer experience expectations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
