You will prospect, follow up on opportunities, and stay informed on products and underwriting guidelines to ensure compliant, customer-focused results. Base pay plus incentives offered.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to drive growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to close opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support local sales and marketing.
