Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive new business, cross-sell, and retain customers across retail stores and phone channels. You will build a sales pipeline, forge community relationships, and execute outbound prospecting to convert opportunities into sales.

You will partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives, stay updated on products and underwriting guidelines, and ensure compliance with customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
