You will coach and develop employees, coordinate daily operations, and collaborate with management to continuously improve service. A values-driven mindset and ability to build relationships with students and guests are essential.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Upholds policies and procedures and maintains service standards.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Education
