Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist the F&B Operations Manager, Restaurants Manager, and Director of F&B in overseeing the restaurant staff and operations. You will enforce Colorado liquor laws, maintain a high level of service, and ensure the atmosphere and cleanliness meet brand standards.

The role requires supervision experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Excel.
• Must be well organized with the ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent customer service and highly developed communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the absence of the Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Enforce Colorado liquor laws and maintain safe, clean restaurant environments.
• Monitor food quality and service levels; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, training, and maintaining updated training manuals.
• Assist with inventory control, payroll monitoring, and cost controls.
• Greet guests, staff, and members with the 'I Am Proud' standards.
