Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist the F&B Operations Manager, Restaurants Manager, and Director of F&B in overseeing restaurant operations and staff to uphold the highest standards of service and efficiency.

The role includes overseeing shifts, enforcing liquor laws, ensuring cleanliness and atmosphere, aiding in hiring/training, monitoring payroll, inventory, and guest interactions, and staying current with culinary trends within a luxury resort

Qualifications

Knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques.
Requires computer proficiency and knowledge of Excel.
Must be well organized with the ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
Excellent customer service and highly developed communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations along with and in the absence of the Manager/Assistant Manager.
Enforce Colorado Liquor laws and maintain restaurant atmosphere, cleanliness, and workstation standards.
Assist with hiring, training, and updating training manuals.
Monitor payroll and revenue daily; supervise ordering, organizing and inventory control.
Greet guests and staff following I Am Proud service standards; respond to guest concerns.
