Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations in the club’s restaurant and ensure exceptional service. You will actively participate in service during peak and slow periods to support the team and uphold standards.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Director of Restaurants, you will train staff, monitor reservations and event setups, and ensure safe, clean, and professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Execute member and guest orders and special requests.
• Assist in implementing training and incentive programs for staff.
• Maintain knowledge of the al carte menu, features, and daily specials.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of rooms for services and events.
