Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is seeking a friendly Restaurant Service Attendant to greet guests, assist servers, and help maintain a pristine dining environment. You will support room service, run food, buss tables, and ensure guests receive impeccable service in a Four-Diamond setting.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred; basic food handler and alcohol service certifications may be provided by the organization upon acceptance. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge & Skills: knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques; ability to verbally communicate and record information in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist servers to ensure great guest experiences.
• Ensure accurate communication of orders and assist with room service as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining room and assist with bussing and food running.
• Answer phones for reservations and room service requests and deliver room service promptly.
