Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club in Colorado Springs seeks a friendly server to assist servers in greeting guests, running food, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining room. You will ensure guests and members receive excellent service with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities include memorizing menu offerings, describing dishes, delivering room service, and providing accurate orders to the kitchen while upholding Four-Diamond service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Basic food handler certification and alcohol service certification may be provided by organization upon acceptance of position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist servers to deliver great guest experiences.
• Run food and beverages and assist with room service orders.
• Keep dining room clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Describe menu items and wine pairings to guests when appropriate.
• Assist with reservations and guest communications as needed.
