Job summary

Invited is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations within the club’s restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to established standards and safety guidelines. You will participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team and uphold service excellence.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise staff, manage orders, and help train the team to maintain high member satisfaction and a polished club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.
• Preferred certifications: ServeSafe Food Handlers’, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards as outlined in the service training program.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to Invited’s standards of service and excellence.
• Directly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and exceptional member and guest experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the al carte menu, including daily features and specials.
