• Supervise opening and closing procedures with accuracy and accountability.
• Coach associates in selling techniques and guest-centered service.
• Ensure impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Manage merchandising execution, displays, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliations, and daily reporting.
