Trident Seafoods, a leading Alaska-based seafood company, is seeking a kitchen/galley helper to support food preparation and service for employees and crew. Under the Head Cook, you will learn multiple kitchen roles, perform prep work, cleaning, and stock replenishment, while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a Food Handler’s card within 30 days and prior experience in a key position at a Trident location is preferred.

Formación

• Food Handler’s card is required within 30 days of employment.
• Has worked in a Key position at a Trident location for at least 1 year.
• Previous experience in food service preferred; college/technical training acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food under the Head Cook’s guidance.
• Learn and perform different galley roles under supervision.
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Conduct routine deep cleaning of cooking areas.
• Wash dishes and cookware, clean tables/floors, remove trash; maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to environmental and safety policies; complete required training.
