Responsibilities

• Prepare food under the guidance of Head Cook.
• Show flexibility and learn different galley roles.
• Handle food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Perform routine deep cleaning of the cooking area.
• Wash dishes, clean tables and floors, and manage trash.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Adhere to training and safety policies and report incidents.
