Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Supervisor, Commerce Operations to lead digital shelf stewardship and performance support across Target, Kroger, Sam's Club and other retailers. You will collaborate with Omni-marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and discoverability.

The role requires client-facing communication, monthly reporting, and proactive recommendations to improve retailer readiness and share.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in eCommerce operations or digital shelf management.
• Experience with retailer portals and content requirements.
• Strong data fluency and ability to write actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health of the digital shelf across Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, and mid-tail retailers.
• Submit and maintain content through retailer portals and syndication platforms.
• Provide monthly reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve performance.
• Coordinate across Brand, Omni-marketing and Sales teams to implement changes.
• Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of publication issues.
