WPP Enterprise Solutions, with VML as its creative and commerce arm, seeks a Supervisor, Commerce Operations in New York to lead digital shelf health across Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, and mid-tail retailers. You will own content stewardship, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations for Omni-marketing and Sales teams.

This client-facing role requires 3–5 years in eCommerce operations, strong proficiency with Profitero and Salsify, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in eCommerce operations or digital shelf management
• Experience with Target and Kroger or similar retailer portals
• Proficiency with Profitero/Stackline or equivalent
• Strong data fluency to read dashboards and write actionable insights
• Excellent client-facing communication and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Own digital shelf health across Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, and assigned mid-tail retailers
• Execute product content updates
• Submit content via retailer portals, Salsify, and syndication platforms
• Verify syndication outcomes and monitor publication status
• Validate product data accuracy, taxonomy, and retailer-specific requirements prior to publication
• Implement pre-syndication readiness checklist
• Prepare and deliver monthly competitive pricing snapshots for Tier 3-5 retailers using syndicated data
• Maintain quarterly category share tracking and flag major shifts
• Provide input for QBR data pulls and retailer reporting
• Deliver monthly structured reporting meetings with insights and actions
• Execute content changes from keyword recommendations and brief creatives
• Pre-campaign retail-readiness verification of content completeness
• Execute keyword/content optimisations and share learnings across retailers
• Monitor share of search and organic rank for priority keywords
• Flag opportunities when data shows underperformance
• Manage daily ticket queues and coordinate across teams
• Document recurring issues for root-cause analysis and improvement
• Share retailer insights with broader teams
• Support cross-retailer optimization efforts
