Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York is seeking a Supervisor, Commerce Operations to manage day-to-day digital shelf stewardship and commercial performance for major retailers such as Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, and mid-tail partners. You will lead content updates, QA, and reporting.

You will translate data from Profitero and retailer portals into actionable recommendations for Omni-marketing and Sales teams, coordinating with Brand and Tech as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in eCommerce operations or digital shelf management.
• Experience with Target and Kroger retailer portals and content requirements.
• Proficiency with digital shelf intelligence platforms (Profitero, Stackline or equivalent).
• Experience with PIM/syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo or equivalent).
• Strong data fluency and ability to write actionable
• Client-facing communication skills with the ability to present findings.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health of the digital shelf across assigned retailers.
• Execute product content updates and submit through retailer portals and syndication platforms.
• Verify syndication outcomes and monitor publication status; ensure data accuracy and taxonomy compliance.
• Prepare monthly competitive pricing snapshots and quarterly category share tracking.
• Deliver monthly structured reports with insights and recommended actions.
