You will guide prospects from first inquiry to booked accounts, adopt new tools, and ensure consistent sales excellence while building lasting customer relationships and contributing to growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a digital sales team as a single, accountable revenue owner.
• Own the full funnel - guide buyers from first inquiry through to a booked account.
• Explore and adopt new tools and technology to improve responsiveness and sales pace.
• Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just activity.
• Coach and develop the team through enablement, playbooks, and structured feedback.
• Ensure a seamless handoff between digital and human touchpoints across the customer journey.
• Build the culture, operating rhythms, and standards that drive consistent sales excellence.
• Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships that drive retention and growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
• Measure success by booked accounts and revenue, inbound conversion, and team responsiveness.
