U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will open consumer and business accounts, discuss deposits and loans, and educate clients on digital tools to meet their financial goals while collaborating with branch teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients by engaging and communicating with them.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
• Coordinate with branch teams to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
