Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a sales leader to manage a digital sales team in Denver. You will own the full funnel from inquiry to booked accounts, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing culture across the team.

Responsibilities include setting ambitious goals, adopting new tools to improve responsiveness, and ensuring seamless handoffs between digital and human touchpoints. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales management required.

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of sales management experience
• Experience leading combined sales and support functions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a digital sales team as a single, accountable revenue owner
• Own the full funnel - guide buyers from first inquiry through to a booked account
• Explore and adopt new tools and technology to improve responsiveness and sales pace
• Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just activity
• Coach and develop the team through enablement, playbooks, and structured feedback
• Ensure a seamless handoff between digital and human touchpoints across the customer journey
• Build the culture, operating rhythms, and standards that drive consistent sales excellence
• Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships that drive retention and growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Measure success by booked accounts and revenue, inbound conversion, and team responsiveness
