Qualificações

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related commercial leadership required.
• Experience designing and scaling revenue operations in professional services or SaaS.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on forecasts, CRM governance, and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, finance, enablement, analytics, tech, and delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Digital revenue operating model and evolve pipeline governance, forecasting, and revenue tech priorities.
• Lead reporting routines, KPI tracking, dashboards, and analytics for growth planning and exec decision-making.
• Overssee lead management, CRM adoption, data quality, and opportunity governance across geographies and teams.
• Partner with Digital FP&A to align sales forecasting with financial planning and performance measurement.
• Drive enablement and governance improvements to enable scalable revenue growth across offerings.
