Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Digital Reporter to capture and preserve the verbatim record of depositions and other legal proceedings. You will use specialized recording software and hardware, administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, and manage exhibits with a neutral, professional presence.

No law degree is required; comprehensive training and certification support are provided. Travel within a 75-mile radius or remote work options are available, with opportunities

Qualifications

• No legal experience required and on-the-job training is provided.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and obtain required certifications.
• Willingness to pursue Notary Public license and CER certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate, high-quality audio/video records of depositions and other proceedings.
• Set up and test recording equipment before each proceeding to ensure flawless capture.
• Administer oaths and maintain neutral control of the proceeding.
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription, search, and playback.
• Manage and secure exhibits, back up files, and complete job worksheets.
• Develop professional relationships with attorneys, clients and colleagues.
