Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is seeking a Digital Reporter to capture and preserve verbatim records of depositions and other legal proceedings. Training and certification support are provided, with equipment and software used on-site or remotely to ensure high-quality documentation.

You don’t need a law degree or prior experience. If you’re reliable, professional, and eager to learn, we’ll train you and help you attain Notary and CER certifications while you grow with our nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and dependability under pressure.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning recording platforms.
• Typing speed of ~50 wpm with accuracy.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public license and CER certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in related fields.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate, high-quality audio/video records of legal proceedings using advanced equipment.
• Set up and test equipment before each proceeding to ensure flawless records.
• Administer oaths and maintain control of proceedings as an independent, neutral authority.
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription, search, and playback.
• Manage and secure exhibits, back up files, and complete job worksheets.
• Build professional relationships with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
