Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is hiring a Digital Reporter to capture and preserve verbatim records of depositions and other legal proceedings. Use specialized recording software and hardware on-site or remotely, ensuring high-quality documentation and smooth proceedings.

You'll set up equipment, administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, and manage exhibits and files while building professional relationships with clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in capturing verbatim records.
• Comfort with everyday technology and willingness to learn our systems.
• Typing speed of ~50 wpm with accuracy.
• Must be willing to obtain Notary Public license and CER certification.

Responsibilities

• Capture and preserve verbatim records of depositions using professional audio/video equipment.
• Set up and test equipment before proceedings to ensure flawless recordings.
• Administer oaths and maintain control of proceedings as a neutral authority.
• Annotate testimony for transcription and manage exhibits and files.
