Qualifications

• Detail-focused and deadline-driven with ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology is preferred.
• AAERT CER certification and Notary Public license are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record legal proceedings using audio/video equipment.
• Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority.
• Annotate testimony for transcription and playback as needed.
• Manage and secure exhibits, backups, and job worksheets.
• Maintain professionalism and build client relationships.
