Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent in multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to drive extensively.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business using market data and upsell/renewal opportunities with current customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Deliver value through regular communication, market insights, and tailored solutions.
