Apartments.com Sales Associate at CoStar Group is part of a dynamic team acting as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry. You will advise and sell clients marketing solutions, grow revenue by prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts, and develop new marketing solutions for portfolios.

All new Sales Associates receive extensive training to build market credibility, learn digital marketing skills, and represent our brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and upsell/renewals from current customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted marketing partners.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising for multifamily real estate segments.
