Apartments.com is seeking a Sales Associate to join a dynamic team and act as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry. You will present and sell marketing solutions, grow revenue through new clients, and expand existing accounts by developing new marketing offerings for portfolios.

Extensive classroom and field training will equip you with product and industry knowledge to build credibility, proudly represent the brand, and achieve career success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
• Driving Record/Driving Abstract check required prior to start; driving history should reflect responsible driving behavior.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: using market data to identify new opportunities and upsell/renew with current customers.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain client relationships as trusted advisors to their marketing plans.
• Business Industry Acumen: develop expertise in digital advertising strategies for multifamily real estate.
• Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to drive sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Focus: provide outstanding support with regular communication and market insights.
