CVS Health is seeking a strategic Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will guide technology strategy and execution across outpatient care, with Epic as a core platform and a focus on value-based care in a retail health setting.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to drive safe, high-quality care while reducing costs.

Formación

• Executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and translation of requirements into Epic builds.
• Deep familiarity with value-based care and care delivery models.
