Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery within its Retail Health team. This remote role requires deep Epic/EHR expertise, value-based care experience, and strategic leadership across healthcare technology and product development.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and drive end-to-end care technology roadmaps, aiming to improve patient outcomes while reducing costs in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
• Track record partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare leadership to design end-to-end care models that enable safe outpatient care and reduce administrative burden.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams (Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers) to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps.
• Translate broad clinical ideas into problem statements, actionable product specs, and robust Epic architectures.
• Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time insights for clinicians.
• Establish measurable outcomes aligning technology investments with clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
