Job summary

- Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
- Transform broad clinical ideas into actionable specs and Epic architectures.
- Ensure end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build delivery.
- Integrate external data sources with Epic workflows for real-time clinical insights.
- Drive continuous improvement and measure outcomes across clinical and financial goals.
