Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will steer product strategy and lead multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps integrating Epic and other care data.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to advance value-based care initiatives, optimize patient outcomes, and reduce total cost of care through safe, efficient outpatient care delivery.

Qualifications

Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
Hands-on Epic EHR workflows experience and translating requirements into Epic builds.
Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service delivery models.
Track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale clinical interventions.
Strong analytical rigor and ability to turn ambiguous clinical issues into structured problems.
Empathetic, resilient leadership that builds high-trust teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with care delivery leadership to ensure safe and efficient outpatient care while reducing admin burden.
Act as strategic partner for CVS HCD stakeholders to define care model strategy.
Lead cross-functional tech teams to surface how to enable care model strategy.
Establish metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality and financial outcomes.
Translate clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements and actionable specs.
Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, and high engagement under pressure.
